Science Supplements Inc. (“Science Supplements”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates www.sciencesupplements.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how we collect, use, and share the personal information you supply us with. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it and to learn about your choices with respect to such information.
This Policy defines the relationship between Science Supplements and you, being the individual person or business (be that an individual, firm or corporate entity) using the Site and/or creating an account and purchasing goods through the Site (“you” or “your”).
This Policy is supplemental to our Terms of Website Use (“Terms”). Your use of the Site reflects your acceptance of this Policy. If you disagree with any portion of this Policy, your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue using the Site.
- Information we may collect from you
“Personal information” is information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person.
We may collect and process the following information about you:
Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register an account on the Site, when you subscribe to our newsletter, when you contact us via our online comment features, search for a product, place an order on the Site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on the Site, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with the Site. Information we automatically collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to the Site we may automatically collect the following information (also referred to as “traffic data”):

For example, if you leave a testimonial about one of our products at the Trustpilot website, we may post that review on the Site. - California privacy rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business with whom the California resident has an established business relationship what types of personal information, if any, the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third parties and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information in the immediately preceding calendar year. - Do-not-track requests; third-party tracking
Unless your browser settings are configured to make your online activities and publicly available information about your online activities (such as traffic data as described above) invisible to usage analytics tools, we do not presently have the capability to omit you from usage analytics to the extent your browser sends us a “do not track” message. More information about “do not track” is available at http://www.allaboutdnt.org. Third parties other than our vendors (such as our advertising providers and website analytics provider) do not have authorization from us to track which websites you visited prior to and after visiting the Site. That said, we cannot control third-party tracking and there may be some third-party tracking that occurs without our knowledge or consent.
- Children
The Site is not intended for use by children in the United States under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of any such individual, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
